Deciding to make time for yourself is a brave step. Now that you've taken that step, I will guide you on your road to healing.
You will feel the difference an experienced, empathetic guide will make while you travel on your road to personal and relationship improvement. I will help you arrive at your goals of healing from trauma, anxiety and depression as well as fostering healthy relationships. I have been trained in Lifespan Integration therapy, Level One. You will find this unique form of therapy gentle and effective. I have also received training in EMDR, an efficient and effective treatment for trauma, depression, anxiety and some common relationship problems.
I collaborate with Amy Johnson, RYT, for a holistic experience to healing. Amy is a registered yoga instructor who offers a variety of yoga methods such as restorative, vinyasa, meditation, breath practices, chakra based sequences, trauma sensitive and restorative partner yoga (RPY).
