I won't try to convince you to do more "self-care." I'll guide you through learning more about yourself--your values, limits and priorities. You'll practice setting boundaries and how to respond to the guilt you feel when you say no. I'll teach you about your body's stress cycle and how to relieve stress on a mind-body level that will be more effective than taking a bubble bath.
