I am a skilled, empathetic therapist who loves to help individuals make their way on the road to change. I have a passion for helping people heal from past trauma and recover from burnout.
I received specialized training in marriage and family therapy in the Masters program at Utah State University where I gained experience working with couples, families and individuals. My education has given me a unique framework to help achieve lasting change. I have engaged in hundreds of hours of continuing education so I can provide the latest, science-backed interventions and support.
As a clinical yoga practitioner (CYP), I expertly integrate mental health insights and intuitive, restorative movement to help client recover and heal from trauma, chronic stress and burnout.
If you are struggling or suffering, I will help you gain the insight needed to heal. I use a gentle trauma-informed approach that is highly effective and comfortable. I will guide you through the process of becoming whole and learning to love every part of yourself.
Having recovered from burnout in the workplace myself, I am passionate about educating leaders and employees on the science of chronic stress and how to effectively prevent and recover from burnout. I lead presentations, workshops and online courses on the topic of burnout.
